Extremely dishonest and will take advantage of the fact that you are sick for monetary gain. I was charged $208 just to have a Covid test. I was told over the phone that they accepted my insurance so I scheduled an appointment just to be told once I got there that they didn’t accept it and I would have to pay out of pocket. My initial instinct was to just leave and find somewhere else to go, but I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have the strength or energy to go somewhere else. Completely frustrated. I called ahead and when we arrive they let us know they have not been able to see patients all day due to issues with their system. They could have said that instead of yes we are a walk in clinic on the phone and give me directions to a place not taking patients.
Terrible! Not a walk in clinic!
Omg this place is a joke! Longest wait ever and the staff is unprofessional and so unhelpful. Total waste of time I knew we should have just gone to Next Level in Rosenberg. Never again
