Eleven houses in my condo association have been re-roofed with asphalt shingles by this company in the last 2 years. We are consistently happy with their work and especially with the way they actually CARE to do an excellent job and keep the customer happy.
Mid-Coast Roofing (Bill did our estimate, and he and Carlos were onsite throughout the install) did a perfect job of removing our old roof/tiles and installing the GAF shingle roof in 2 days! I cannot recommend this roofing company high enough! Kudos!!
Hands down Mid-Coast Roofing is the best! I would give them 100 stars if possible! From the beginning of the process Bill Hawkins kept us informed as to what would happen and when it would. This in and of itself is excellence in project management..which you don't see often with many contractors. Mid-Coast just installed a new roof for me in January 2025. This was done quickly and efficiently at a fair price. The install required the better part of 2 days. The removal of the existing shingles was handled particularly well. All landscaping and outdoor hardware such as AC unit were covered with tarps to prevent damage.
