Refused to sell me parts to fix my air conditioner. According to them, I would need to be licensed in order to buy a circuit breaker. What a joke !
I had the pleasure of working with Rachel to get me the fixtures needed for my bathroom remodel. They have a great showroom and were very knowledgable to the different features and products that they offer. I did most of the work myself but they also recommended a few plumbers to me to help me with the install. Since then I have come back a couple times to buy fixtures and parts for other projects - much higher quality stuff here than the big box stores.
