Definitely wouldn't stay again or recommend anyone else to either. Better than a bad mining camp but only just. Rubbish on the floor and was dirty. Shower and bathroom were dirty. At least the water was hot and the toilet paper was actually good even though the roll has to sit on the floor as there's no roll holder (broken off some time ago. Same as the towel rails.). The room always smelt like cigarette smoke and the aircon was beyond noisy. Dodgy part of Gladstone but the receptionist/cleaner was a lovely lady.

Never staying here again!! The housekeeper and owner is absolutely rude!! I wasn't allowed to have a guest come visit, was told it's not a "hostel" but they allowed sex workers to work there. I had a bag of washing on the chairs outside ready to wash and the housekeeper at the time (older lady, curly -ish hair, glasses,) told me to move my "filth." Last minute to stay. Only over night. The photos on the website need updating. The overall property needs attention. The room we stayed in was nothing like what was advertised. It wasn't clean, the shower had used soap on the floor and no shower screen or curtain. The bathroom stunk of urine which was noticeable on the outside of the toilet.
