Seriously one of the worst run facilities I’ve ever been to. Whoever verifies your insurance benefits is horrible at their job. Our first problem happened when my husband went to them and was told he needed to pay almost $400 over his co pay, he paid them. Luckily he keeps track and a few months later we realized our insurance company paid them as well. Had heart sono for mom done. Was not a good experience! Shouldn’t expect all wheelchair patients able to get up by themselves or be able to move all extremities. Required me to physically move her to a table waist high and be on left paralyzed side for test, which was very uncomfortable and basically hurt. 😡

The doctor is fine. The billing department keeps harassing me with bills. I already paid my portion since I came in last visit which is over a year ago. I called the billing department they said don’t worry about the statement, I don’t owe anything yet they still calling me from a Spam risk phone number…!! Idk what’s wrong with that!
