Had heart sono for mom done. Was not a good experience! Shouldn’t expect all wheelchair patients able to get up by themselves or be able to move all extremities. Required me to physically move her to a table waist high and be on left paralyzed side for test, which was very uncomfortable and basically hurt. 😡

The doctor is fine. The billing department keeps harassing me with bills. I already paid my portion since I came in last visit which is over a year ago. I called the billing department they said don’t worry about the statement, I don’t owe anything yet they still calling me from a Spam risk phone number…!! Idk what’s wrong with that!
Dr. Rusell Fisher is the best. He is very thorough. His MA is super sweet. I rate them 5 plus stars. The reason I rated a 1 is because his front staff is extremely RUDE. Anytime I have had to call the office the people answering the phone are very short and barely let you speak. Seem's like they want you off the phone fast. Even if its a simple question. I had testing two weeks ago . I am still waiting for billing to submit my bill to my insurance. My deduct and oop has been met. Coming in for my appt today they tried to col... read more
