Wonderful doctors and caring front desk staff! I went for my allergy testing and then for my allergy shots. They explained all my options, and walked my through all the steps once I chose the best treatment for me. Special shout out to the front desk ladies who always make me feel welcome
This is one of the most professional and kind medical practices I have ever visited! Dr. Wust and his staff pay attention to detail and treat patients with dignity and kindness, time and time again. I have been taking my 2 children there for 3 yrs now and I will keep going as long as we need to.
Always had and have a positive experience. Dr Venkatesh has always addressed our concerns. Is she busy? and very hard to sometimes get a hold off? Yes. Because when you're the top Dr in your field, you're always in demand. Not sure why people are griping. You have to talk to people, not talk at them. I think a lot of these negative reviews are based on people who want everything and want it now. No issues with the customer service. They were courteous and respectful. Nice upgrade to the facilities by the way.
Dr Wust and staff were great. I did not experience the issues the other reviewers had, though I did read their reviews prior to coming. Did an allergy test where they did 8x8 pokes to my back. Took about 2.5 hours in total between being poked, waiting, and understanding results. Test is about $1,500. Learned a lot in the process and medications I should be considering going forward.
