I had a great experience with Dr. Wust and his team. The appointment was efficient, thorough, and informative. Dr. Wust was very helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything clearly. The nurses were also kind, attentive, and welcoming. I especially appreciated how clearly the financial information and costs were explained, with no confusion or surprises. Overall, I felt well cared for and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wust and his team!
Staff unfriendly and did not treat well as new patient.. did not visit and will not recommend.
Was here about a decade ago, returning bc Dr. V is that kind and caring. I appreciate the time and attention she dedicates to her patients. Nine years ago, I had a reaction to my shots. The staff, nurses, and doctors on site were very on top of things and helped through the whole event. Dr. V is very thoughtful of each situation and not providing a generic treatment or answer for all her patients. My experience with the front desk gals was great, they were kind and quick to do their job.
They don't want your business so don't waste your time. I have the best health insurance on the market today from my employer, I pay a good penny for it too. But it was impossible to get my son scheduled for an appointment, it was every excuse in the world with front desk staff. Been waiting since February, and I have a infant with severe allergies. Never got a call, i had to ask my PCP in MAY for the referral again and email it, only to be told now that he can not be seen. Ridiculous. Ill take our business else where.
