Let me start with a little background. My parents had both passed and I became the executor of the estate and needed to sell their home. Their home was built in 1963 making it a Mid-Cenury home. It was already spring time so we needed to get moving on selling the home. I hired a realtor that came recommended but unfortunately I didn't do some checking on her background first. We had several open houses and showings but no real bites came out of it. Approximately 4 months passed and the activity became almost nonexistent. Luc... read more

TJ was "all in" helping us sell our house, as we reside out of state. His suggestions for upgrades were spot on and he arranged for all of this work to be done well. Then even before listing, TJ found a buyer! He then arranged for all requested repairs to be done on time at a fair price. He went above and beyond by covering from his commission the cost of last minute repairs. We are thankful for Mid-Cenrury Homes, but especially grateful for TJ and his skills as a realtor.

My wife and I loved working with TJ when buying our first home! He worked tirelessly to work as our advocate and to keep the home buying process as smooth as possible. TJ was working well into the night on more than one occasion to make sure that any time-sensitive steps in the process were done as soon as possible, helping to put our minds at ease. Buying a home for the first time can be very overwhelming, but TJ really helped in explaining things to us every step of the way which helped make us feel comfortable and much le... read more

We had the best experience with Jesse who both helped us buy our dream home and sell our previous home. The whole process happened in about a month time and it was one of the craziest months of our lives, but Jesse walked us step by step and put us at ease the whole time. We trusted him and his team and they delivered! We’re grateful for their partnership and beyond pleased with where we ended up!

We found TJ by (happy) accident, and we couldn't be more thrilled. I feel like we couldn't have found a better match if we spent months searching for the right agent. He was so knowledgeable about the types of homes we were looking for, but more importantly, he listened to us and took our every word to heart. He never pushed anything on us, and when he found a property that he knew checked all the boxes, he went to WAR for us and helped us win the home we fell in love with. I truly feel that we wouldn't have been served half... read more
