Great experience working with TJ. After looking for a year, my spouse and I had become very picky in our search. The first house TJ had us look at in person was the winner! He listened intently to all the pros and cons we had about our last year of searching and he met/exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending his guidance to any home buyer whether that be friend, family, or first time buyer.
Simply put, we saw one house in-person and bought said house. Got to know us upfront and what we were looking for in a home. Sought out feedback from us along the way, but also willing to give us feedback. Ultimately, this resulted in an a trustworthy, efficient, and easy home buying process.
TJ and his team at Anthology are some of the nicest, highly-professional and easiest people to work with. This was absolutely the easiest home buying experience I’ve ever had. We were able to close in record time and the whole process was seamless. We had been looking for an “Atomic Ranch House” in Boise and that is exactly what TJ found for us in the Randolph Robertson neighborhood. Nobody knows MCM better than TJ and his crew at Anthology. We highly recommend them!
Vance Lichtenberger was my daughter’s realtor when she was buying her first home. I cannot say enough good things about Vance. He met us at times that worked for us, he was very real when it came to pros and cons of a house and he went out of his way to know everything about the home he was showing. There were 14 offers on the house she bought and it was Vance’s strategy that got her the house, although her offer wasn’t the highest. Vance was the BEST!
Great experience with Vance, he went through a very long and enduring process with us and was so supportive and informative through the whole process!
