Great buying experience at Mid-Carolina Marine. Billy was patient and flexible. At no point did he pressure us to buy anything or try to hit us with any sales tactics. Very straight forward and honest guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and recommended several highly rated products for the boat. Service was timely but boat was returned with a broken wash down hose nozzle, which was one of the items that the service department was evaluating, and in discussions with the service department throughout the week no reference was made to broken item. Be sure to know what is broken and what isn't broken prior to taking it there.
