Worst place ever they could careless about your safety or health. They can't even chage the locks before we moved in and it took them to months to do so even after someone entered our house in the middle of the night whie we were in bed with a key. Mold issues aren't taken care Of the places wasn't cleaned the carpets weren't either. They tag team me bully me lie to me and the list goes on as of right now we have 24 well order that haven't been taken care Of in over 4 months and they aren't just little things there pretty bi... read more

NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I had so many issues with this place in the 2 1/2 years I rented from them. If you are desperate and HAVE to rent from them take pictures when you move in and out!!!! Even if someone from their company takes pictures make sure to take your own. Employees don't stay very long at this company and your pictures will suddenly disappear. When you move out make sure you do a walk through and get a copy of what they document. After you move out by law you have 21 days to receive your security deposit,... read more

Mid-Cal management took application fee for a property that was no longer on the market. When asked for a refund, it was denied. Their response was: "It is not our fault that the owner took the property off the market." Is that even legal? To take fees for properties that you no longer represent?
