If you need basement waterproofing, DON’T hire Rich Lubicky and his team at Mid-Atlantic Systems of Central PA! We paid nearly $30,000 several years ago, but our crawlspace has NEVER been dry! Humidity is over 80%, so joists are rotting. Mid-Atlantic has been unable to fix it and now refuses to refund us. Their warranty means nothing. Terrible company.
The crew came at the appointed date and time. Very considerate of our issues and did their best to address our concerns. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. ( or strangers for that matter)
Mid-Atlantic did a wonderful job waterproofing our basement. Our basement used to flood every single time it rained, and we have not had any problems with flooding since the work was done. Would recommend to anyone needing waterproofing.
