Had our basement "water proofed" with Mid-Atlantic waterproofing last year. To say that it was a miserable experience would be an understatement. Summary: seriously expensive, crew blasted the work out in one day(this is not a good thing), multiple issues with plumbing the discharge line. Currently our basement is flooded. Every phone number we have goes to "the number you have dialed is not in service". This includes the #'s on the contract. They seem to not have a web presence. We are still waiting for a return call from them regarding continued water in the basement after they finished our $16,000 job. They sent someone out twice to assess the situation and then dropped off the face of the earth. We left numerous messages with them and no one has the courtesy to call back. That’s lousy customer service in my book. Also-we were promised a deodorizer in the basement and it was never done. The truck they sent out did not have the Mid Atlantic name on it, but the name of another waterproofing company.... read more

I should start by saying I did not have any work done by this company, but just wanted to comment on their rude accusation that they didn’t believe I already had my work completed by a different company. They called in response to a request I made for help on Home Advisor. I thanked them for checking in and informed them I already had the work completed. Mid Atlantic did a great job putting in the drain and sump pump in my basement. I had water infiltration for several years when it rained. I called several companies and settled with Mid Atlantic based on the technology and the transparency of the sale person. The price did not change at time of installation, crew showed up on time, got the work done in two days and left the place relatively clean. there was an issue and the came back several times to correct it. Workers were very polite and courteous. The work was done on time and very neatly. We haven't had a drop of water since. I would recommend your company in a heartbeat.
