The office staff and vet techs were friendly and efficient. However, the entire practice had the feel of a corporate-run operation. No personal, hometown feel. The veterinarian was very young and a recent grad. In our opinion, she was very closed-minded in her diagnosis procedures and would not initially even consider what we felt may be the issues for our puppy. They were very rude from the beginning. The doctor came in and never introduced himself and never spoke to us in a respectful manner. We came in to get our dog’s ears tended to per our groomer. Before the doctor came in we were presented with the bill which seemed a bit high. We came there due to it being closer than the vet we see and our groomer recommended them.We opted to go back to our regular vet where the bill was very comparable and they aren’t rude and they explained everything and showed us how to take care of Olli... read more

I brought my Matilda in for her last moments, unfortunately, I was not a regular. I knew her body had shut down and needed her vitals checked (9.6 years old) The staff performed numerous tests, including ex rays which were not necessary. They continued with unnecessary tests and then agreed it was her time. We put her down. Price to do so: just under $900.
