A year ago my pup had surgery performed by Dr Gainsburg. With her being only 6lbs, the back surgery was extremely difficult but a success, and now has a new lease on life that we can only thank Dr Gainsburg for. Dr Gainsburg explained our options and answered all our questions about the surgery, and was available via telephone with any questions that we had prior to or after the surgery. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Dr. Gainsburg and Holly saved my dog. I can't thank them enough... This was the best medical experience (human and vet) that i have received to date. If you want the best for your dog when it comes to neurosurgery, this is the place to go.

Dr. Gainsburg was just wonderful. He is thoughtful, thorough and knowledgeable. Our dog had a brain tumor and Dr. Gainsburg set us up with a treatment plan that gave him another quality year with us.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would.
