I made a appt. 3 weeks in advance as a new patient. I arrived on time already with completed paperwork and paid my copay. I ended up waiting 1 hour in waiting room to be moved to a patient room where I waited another hour. 2 hours after my appointment, I still had not been seen by Dr Murdock. I walked out and demanded a refund on my copay and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice.
