Our sewer line collapsed on a Saturday night. I was able to get in touch with Connie at Mid-Atlantic Trenchless first thing on Monday morning. Monday afternoon, Carter came out to run a camera through the pipe and provide an estimate. By Wednesday they were on site with a full crew and equipment, and by Friday evening they had completely replaced the sewer service line from the property line to inside our foundation wall. Highly recommend for water service line replacement if not in a hurry. Professional and informative initial meeting, and during all stages of the process. Only 2 weeks between estimate and job. Small access pit at main connection and then limited crawlspace work to tie into house copper lines. All copper line, quick 1 day active repair, with inspection and cleanup on day 2. Only out water for a couple hours. One 3x5 ft area of disturbed earth at edge of property, and only minor inconvenience. Would use again.
We used Mid Atlantic Trenchless to switch over to WSSC water from a well. EVERYONE we interacted with (office staff, lead, and every worker that came to our home) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Even as they were working in the heat, they were kind and courteous. They handled everything with WSSC from start to finish.
