Dr. Maury is absolutely great, caring, communicates effectively and was there for both my wife and Daughter who suffer from Lupus. Unfortunately, the practice cannot run without Dr. Maury, IMHO. Communication falls to the floor and / or gets ignored. We dealt with that when my daughter got very sick towards the end of last year. No other doctor or PA stepped up during Dr. Maury’s absence. Recently our insurance was dropped by the practice, I understand the politics dealing with insurances and payouts, but we were left littl... read more

I and several fellow support group members were big fans of this practice. Some of us are now on wait lists for other rheumatologists because of the external management they hired. I loved Dr Maury, and the other medical staff she brought on seem great, but the overall experience is so bad now that we can barely wait to be seen by our new doctors. Patients who need a rheumatologist are often struggling already. We're also more often women. We should be treated with respect and not sexist bullying.

I made my appointment specifically with Dr Maury in December. I did get an appointment until March 10th, 2025. I went in for my appointment and it wasn’t even with Dr Maury. After waiting 3 months they put me with a different doctor. I was so upset my blood pressure was high… this is not a way to do business. The staff members who took care were great but I waited 3 months for nothing… Very dissatisfied patient. I was told if I come back my appointment will be with a nurse practitioner not Dr Maury…

The practice did not inform that they changed from receiving new patients to not receiving new patients. In compliance, I had already had my GP write a referral and I completed the new patient online form. So they had my contact information to let me know. I had been waiting to hear from them for an appointment.

It is with great sadness that I left this practice today after being a patient for years. In the last few months, I have seen this office go from a caring, compassionate, safe place to I don’t even have the words to express what I’ve seen. The doctors are excellent as are many of the support staff but this is truly an case of the “fish rots from the head” and “a few bad apples have spoiled the bunch.” There are a few that fain empathy but know nothing of it. May God bless you because the selfish ambition is tangible. We see ... read more
