One of the nicest and most engaging offices we have ever been to. They take amazing care of my mom. They are patient with her from the minute we walk in the door. Dr. Maury is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. But she cares about the whole patient. Not just what she’s treating. Highly recommend.
I have been a patient for about a year now. I would like to say that Kim the phlebotomist has been especially kind , and professional. She is excellent at her craft, and it has been a pleasure to see someone that professional & efficient. I also would like to say that Patrick had kept me on a really great treatment plan, and I have been flare up free for awhile. The rest of the staff is courteous, and very professional.
I had my initial consultation with Dr. Erinn Maury today and it was one of the best doctor's appointments I've ever had. She was patient, incredibly thorough, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. The level of care extends to the entire team. The woman who checked me in was lovely, and the lady who checked me out was just as kind. It's rare to find a medical office where every single person is so pleasant and professional. I feel confident I'm in great hands here.
3/9 Had a scheduled appointment with Dr Farley today. Prior to the visit, my wife spoke with the young lady at the front counter. Don’t recall her name but she wears glasses.My wife provided my my medical cards information and this woman insisted that it wasn’t correct. I delivered them in person in advance of my appointment and she still insisted that the BC/BS was correct. Was seeing Dr. Maury for years until I had an insurance problem that caused a balance on my account. I requested my medical records and was told by the office manager, that I was not able to receive any of my records until my balance was paid in full. They only care about money there they don't care about their patients and that is why I ended up leaving.
