I am a 65 year old attorney and have never been treated so rudely and callously by office staff. They spent one and a half hours verifying my secondary insurance and didn't tell me anything until I approached them after waiting one hour. They would not let me see the doctor until insurance verified. They had this information for one month before the appointment. I love Dr Kaiser but the office staff is beyond rude. I called about a problem but missed the call. I called right back and was told the tech had gone for the day. I missed another call today and got a pissy message that they had tried to call me 2 times and I had never called back. I love IPhones since all the documentation is there. It took me 3 minutes to call back. Really? I hope they 'get it' that older patients need to be treated with a little more respect. It's my money I will spend it where I am treated bette... read more
