Dr Michael Cohen is very professional, caring and an excellent physician. I am so graceful he is my Retina Specialist. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for me. Thank you Dr Cohen for being the physician you are today.
Docs are great, but staff is even more amazing. In the course of five minutes, Christy at the front desk checked me in, solved my billing problem, and helped an older woman struggling with her phone to call her medical pickup. All with a level of patience and compassion that I could only dream of achieving. Seriously… sitting in the waiting room watching this staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful to patients who are mostly in their 70s and 80s is like watching a heartwarming movie.
Very professional and you really don't wait that long..great Dr and staff..
