Like other reviewers I was also informed, only upon arrival at the Bethlehem office for my appointment, that I must pay all potential insurance deductible charges up front or I would not be able to see the doctor. This is given as “our policy.” As most of the health insured world knows, this is not how health insurance is supposed to work. I left the office without receiving care. It seems that the #1 priority of this office is payment while the #2 priority is the health and well being of their patients
RecommendedI have been going to Dr. Sivalingam at Mid Atlantic Retina for two and a half years. Always professional, answers questions, and provides great care. His office staff is also very courteous and efficient and puts you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Sivalingam and Mid Atlantic Retina. Christine Brady
RecommendedExcellent customer service and Dr. Kahn had a very pleasant mannerism and was very thorough. I would recommend the Retina Center to anyone that needs to see an eye specialist.
RecommendedDr. Sonia Mehta and staff have been nothing more than wonderful. After seeing many specialists over the years, Dr. Mehta has finally stabilized my vision to the point of me not worrying about going blind. She has the best bedside manner and the gentlest touch when she gives me my monthly injection, I don't even realize she's done until the girls put the antibiotic drops in. Recommendedi love my Dr Sonia Mehta. Through her gifts and wisdom as a doctor, i was able to see again when i was temporary blind. she continues to walk this maze of eye care/health so i can make the best decisions for my eyes. Thank you Dr Mehta for your wisdom, kindness, speaking truth and gifted hands. You have been God's help for me. Always grateful!!!

You have to wait over 2 hours to be seen and when you respectfully inquire how much longer before you will be called to see Dr. Gupta I was insulted by Shannon .
