They take your money at closing, but they don't pay the bills! When you try to reach out, but there is no one in the office! Would avoid at all cost! Second update! So far they didn't pay the water bill and home owners insurance until I called and complained. Not sure if they forgot or are trying to steal my money. I paid at closing, but they seem to forget they were hired to do a job. Not sure how they get away with the inctonpientece. Nothing but problems!

I cannot recommend this company at this time because of my experience with them. I sold my house this week and this company was used to process funds. I did not receive a closing sheet until a few hours before closing and did not have time to amend an error with the final sewer payment. I asked for the funds received to be wired, but the transaction didn't occur until more than 24 hours after the property closed (after 3PM nonetheless before a holiday weekend).
