STAY FAR AWAY! As other people have mentioned, Dan will lie and cheat you out of money any way he can. He will tell you one thing by phone and lie to you. Just stay away from him.
Completely agree with the rest of these reviews. Terrible experience with Dan and Jacquelyn. We had all of our applications in as well as the application fees and he gave our place to someone else. He even called me telling me that he did not want the other applicants in the house because they had a dog, yet Jacquelyn told us we did not receive it. This company lacks common courtesy, responsiveness, and overall professionalism. Do yourself a favor and look for another property management company when renting a house.
I've been renting for almost 2 years from Mid-Atlantic Property Management and when I saw the reviews here I felt the need to boost their scores. I can't speak for others though my experience has been great. In my time at the property I've had a leak in a pipe and a broken garage door spring. Both times it was an instant approval to get the fix done with option of paying and deducting from rent or having them pay.
