I've been meaning to leave a 5-star review for years for Mid-Atlantic Power Washing. Mid-Atlantic has pressure washed and stained our pier at least twice. They also did our community pier. We've had them pressure wash our house and they did a really nice job. I was surprised how much better i it looked after. They're careful not to damage anything, but work fast and efficiently.
