I went there because the dentist i went to doesn't pull teeth. Keep in mind im in a good bit of pain. I had cancer 14 years prior to going there. The Dr made me track down the radiologist who treated me to get clearance that it's OK to remove my teeth. Took a while to find where he went, had his office send the requested information, I was refused care and told to go to Baltimore to get them removed. I went for a consultation in August 2025. While filling out paperwork, another person in the waiting room was on a very loud, casual phone call for over 10 minutes, from the moment that I walked in until I left, making it impossible to focus on the forms. The staff did not intervene, and the environment did not feel professional or safe. I ultimately paid the consultation fee but left without receiving care. This experience left me extremely uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.
Dr. Sorri was so kind and gentle with me. I have bad anxiety his staff from yesterday August 4th were amazing from the front desk staff to the nurse and everyone in the officer they all worked together with Dr. Sorri to calm my anxiety and reassure me I was in the best hands. They even helped my husband with our 8 month old while he helped me into the car. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and feel safe coming here. I woke up today with very little pain. Very impressed with everything. Office was clean, staff are friendly and professional. Doctor did an excellent job. My son had an easy recovery.
I had come in for a consult about an extraction and they were so kind! They got me in quick and were able to remove it the same day. So quick and painless!
