Dr.Reaven is very responsive.The staff is pleasant and helpful.It isn't crowded & appoints flow smoothly.Dr. Reaven cares and it's obvious.
I had my first visit in September 2021 for my migraines. I was offered a new medication in conjunction with my current meds to help lessen both the severity and frequency of my migraines. When I noticed the medication didn’t make it to the pharmacy I tried calling the office to get an update. I had to leave a message. I left over 5 messages and 3 portal messages with no response in reference to that medication. I eventually canceled my follow up appointment at the end of October due to lack of follow up care
