Wait time is always bad here. Waiting 45 minutes to see someone, and then you only see them for less than 5 minutes. I’ve got stuff to do too besides wait every time!
RecommendedMy 18 yo daughter with severe migraines saw Dr. Jreisat today for the first time. I have been in healthcare for 25 years and was so impressed! His office staff is so kind. Dr. Jreisat did a thorough assessment on my daughter, then SAT and talked with her-explaining her treatment plan and doing a great job of patient education. When we checked out the office clerk offered to send her rx over to ExpressScripts for us as well. 5 stars and highly recommend!
Dr. Jreisat is a very caring neurologist and PA Sheila Lane. They are wonderful in treating MS. However, recommend you do your homework before the appointment and come with a list of questions and concerns you may have. That will make your appointment more productive and make the best use of your time with the Dr. and/or PA. I go with my wife who has MS and take notes, which has proven very helpful. They take Medicare and TRICARE, so if you are military it is a great combination.
Very professional, wish I could've had more time in Jacksonville to have more Dr. visits at Mid Atlantic Neurology.
