The staff is excellent. Such a cut above what I'm used to in the area. It makes the interactions with the practice easier, more efficient and the visits less anxious.
It's unbelievable, this medical system we're in. My husband just learned that he has some form of kidney disease, wants to know what it means, what stage it's in, and how to manage it, and this place doesn't have appointments until NOVEMBER!!! It's July, for goodness sakes. What is going on here!?!?
