On December 30 at approximately 11:50am, I called the Columbia office and spoke with Diana, who answered the phone. During the call, she was giggling and appeared to be engaged in a conversation with someone next to her, which made it difficult to communicate clearly. This is hands down the worst medical practice in Columbia, MD. I honestly wish there were more nephrologists in the area, because this place has no business still operating. There’s nothing redeeming about it — they fail miserably in patient care, customer service, and appointment availability. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
