I can only speak to This location but I would never walk in these doors ever again. For a place that deals with such sensitive literal life and death lab work, they don’t know what is going on. A week before my appointment I got a phone call at 7:50am to schedule an ultrasound. Very disappointed with service received – my OBGYN sent orders over for an ultrasound. I called to make the appointment because they didn’t call me to set the appointment up. They scheduled me for a mammogram and ultrasound. After doing some research and double checking my orders for JUST an ultrasound I called the office back and asked to just be scheduled for the ultrasound. Staff was wonderful and the wait was short. I had a diagnostic mammogram and then ultrasound and all the staff was pleasant, made you feel as comfortable as the process can be and were very attentive.
Paige and Natasha at the front desk were fabulous and so helpful! The technicians were kind, courteous. Overall a fantastic experience.
Okay, I went yesterday for my 6- month follow up of finding a mass in my breast. The first time, the mammogram lady was super nice, exact in her direction, patient and calm, most importantly she was quick and as gentle as she could be!! Couldn’t say enough good things about her. Ultrasound tech was awesome both times. But, yesterday has caused me to have pain in my affected left breast all day today.
