I was “blessed” to find Mid Atlantic to inspect my Annapolis home. Tom provided professional, thorough and reasonable priced services from start to finish in the inspection of my home. I felt that Tom and Amy were honest and demonstrated integrity throughout my home inspection process. That meant a lot to me. I would HIGHLY recommend Mid Atlantic to anyone in need of home inspection services.

Tom is the best. I was surprised how good of an inspection report I received. He was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection and he didn’t’ t rush through. He’s friendly, patient and he’ll explain everything for you to understand. The turnaround was very quick. I will recommend him over and over again. I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Home Inspection Services.

Tom showed up exactly on time as promised, even though he had to travel an hour to get here. He performed the requested water tests professionally and quickly. I was very pleased with his service and the price.
