The worst service I have ever experienced. Scheduled through Sears Home Warranty If the warranty company assigns you this company, ask them to change it to another one. The owner will give you empty promises and will not deliver. He will keep you waiting for days and then stops answering calls. Sears home warranty had to change to another heating company to finish the job,
Deepak was the technician who showed up within the scheduled time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. While the issue with my heat pump not heating well did not present itself during his visit he diagnosed the potential issue and offered potential solutions and asked me to call him if the issue shows up again or if I have any questions. I texted him with some questions and he quickly replied which shows his dedication and commitment to his work.
