Made us create an account to get a loan. Teller said it would have no charge or catch. We didn't get the loan. Then after a year, they started charging our account every month for inactivity.
I would give a negative rating if I could. This bank didn’t recognize unusual activity on our debit card and then raised our daily withdrawal limit based on a scammer justification. We lost thousands. Look elsewhere!!
Easy to use, love that when I was using the first ATM and needed more time using it, that the person at the ATM behind me was able to pull out when they were done and leave so I didn't have to stress that I was holding them up. Seamless experience using their ATMs to deposit into my account from a different credit union that has an agreement to borrow their ATMs so I don't have to drive all the way to VA. <3
