During the pre-opthomatist tests, which took about 30 minutes, the assistant who was administering them changed twice, sometimes during the middle of the tests. So I saw 3 people, none of whom introduced themselves and there was scant description of what tests I was going to undergo. Felt less like a patient and more like I was on a conveyor belt… a bit disconcerting…
