The lack of communication and the length at which the project we took them on for caused damage between my company and the client we serviced. The work itself was fine. However 2 months to complete a gate repair is unacceptable. The longer this project went the less we were told what was happening, and we felt in the dark on the progress they were making. It was difficult to work together. Their technician who visited our site provided more information about the progress and status of the gate than MAES ever did.
We recently had Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems install a gate system at our employee entrance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team demonstrated true professionalism, prompt responsiveness, and a deep commitment to our project, even when we were delayed in preparing the job site. John Massei was the service tech who came to repair my gate which had not been functioning properly since being struck by lightning. He was both very professional and personable satisfactorily addressing the immediate problem but also suggesting the installation of an additional protective measure. I highly recommend John.
Our Storage Facility needed some maintenance on the gate, Mid-Atlantic Entry sent out a wonderful tech named Christian who was beyond professional, explained everything and we could not be happier! 10/10 for Christian and Mid Atlantic!
Do not call these people. They come out and if you complain on their service, they act like dictator and tells you that you are fired. Have used them several times in past and most of the time the technicians are not knowledgeable and they learn while trying to fix the job and over charge you. If you complain, they fire you!!
