The lack of communication and the length at which the project we took them on for caused damage between my company and the client we serviced. The work itself was fine. However 2 months to complete a gate repair is unacceptable. The longer this project went the less we were told what was happening, and we felt in the dark on the progress they were making. It was difficult to work together. Their technician who visited our site provided more information about the progress and status of the gate than MAES ever did.
We recently had Mid-Atlantic Entry Systems install a gate system at our employee entrance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
