Do not call these people. They come out and if you complain on their service, they act like dictator and tells you that you are fired. Have used them several times in past and most of the time the technicians are not knowledgeable and they learn while trying to fix the job and over charge you. If you complain, they fire you!!
called them for an automatic gate opener installation. The sales person came and looked over and said he would get back to me. Has been more than 2wks with no response. Have called and left messages to no avail.
The technician showed up and did the job perfectly.
Had them come to repair several times on an automatic gate and watched their employees do nothing half the time saying they don't care long as they gate paid. Also the gate was heavy on the back end and dragged and they refused to add an extra guide wheel plus they were always late showing up past 4pm. It was my assumption they didn't permanently repair the gate so that they would keep being called to get paid. Terrible service and terrible employees
