The process was easy and they made me feel at ease. However, they will not send me or my PCP the results. I see the reports on the patient portal but they were supposed to send a letter describing what they found in layman's terms. I called and had a nurse explain the results (fortunately they were good) but for some reason they will not do any more than that even though they said they will. I forwarded my PCP the results myself. I posted a message on the portal asking for the letter and received no response.
Medical Team was awesome! i was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
This is a dual review -- clerical staff 👎🏼 versus medical staff 👍🏼 -- so please excuse the length. My initial interaction with the office staff was not good. I was initially told I would be sent information on colonoscopy preparation. Two weeks before the procedure, I still had nothing. I called and was told I would receive an email with instructions.
