Procedure was on time. All staff was very nice and efficient. Doctor was great.
Dr Shelby is personable, takes his time with patients, answers questions thoughtfully and gets to know the person and their family. This is uncommon among medical providers in today’s world. The anaesthesiologist was thorough and kind. The only area for improvement is the check in staff front desk) and the person who took me back seemed mechanical and lacked warmth or compassion for the normal nerves with the procedure.
