Love Lindsey Reck, best dermatologist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She listens to what you say, she follows through and follows up. She won’t stop trying stuff until she finds what works, regardless of what anyone else says. She is just amazing.

I scheduled an appointment here and their earliest available date was a month out. The Friday before my appointment, I received a text notification that my appointment would be in an office half an hour away in Virginia Beach. Apparently this location was closed last August and nobody will update the listing on google. The phone number still works, but there is no notification that patients are being redirected.

I've been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. The wait time has always been 45-60 mins PAST my appointment time regardless if I see them in the AM or PM. The last time I was there (it had been a couple years since my last appointment) I saw Yekaterina Jones and she acted like she was in a rush to start her weekend and I was holding everyone up from going home (I overheard a comment she said after she left the room and the door was open).
