I hope Brian is a better builder than he is an investor. I am helping my 91 year old Mother sell her condominium on the bay in Ocean view where Brian does a lot of work. There are two units currently listed, one for $235k and a second for $230k. Brian asked for my "no BS bottom line" price and I told him $195 which was $35,000 less then an identical unit. Brian and his team created a beautiful two car garage for us based on a picture we had cut out of a magazine. His architect drew up plans that matched our vision to the letter, and his team of specialists in foundations, framing, roofing, siding and carpentry brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't consider any other builder for future endeavors other than Brian and his team.
