I was extremely pleased with the level of expertise displayed by Tom. He explained each step of the repair process thoroughly. My system is very complicated and he got everything sorted out quickly. His work ethic and quality of work are stellar. He’s very polite and professional. Great value for the amount of work performed! Overall, a great experience!
Sent a technician out twice. They were unable to diagnose the issue with my AC. They kept making and canceling appointments then eventually just stopped returning my calls. They ghosted me and the home warranty company.
