Frankly some of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. One word responses in emails, take multiple days to respond, phone calls go to voicemail mid work day and if you do get ahold of someone dont expect to talk to them long, youll just be transferred over and over. If your 401k is with these folks, move it as fast as possible.
Utter nonsense. Do not engage if you value upfront pricing, clear and accurate communication, and timely knowledgeable assistance. Every time I’ve managed to reach someone they’ve been a total smart Alec.
Unprofessionalism and dishonor within the company.
Not a good company for new hires. Limited resources provided along with ineffective training. If you do not perform to their standards quickly, they will fire you without warning.
