Absolutely do not use this title agency you do have a choice just because your realtor says this is the one we're using you don't have to use them. We had an escrow account it ended on April 30th. I contacted them and said the work didn't get done what happens now... they said we'll have to refund the money the contract is up. never heard back from them called back 6 weeks later and was told that they did not write down anything that we talked about on the phone. they had no notations whatsoever. they forwarded twice the amo... read more
