They aloud walk ins, but after a two hour wait, will you be served. If you must go, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment, If you call early, most likely you can get in the same day.
Showed up for the appointment but they didn't have the lab paperwork. There is no way to call the local office to find out if they receive the paperwork. It's fairly easy to find but the name of the place is now Quest labs.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I get labs done here 3-5 times a year. decor was very outdated and the atmosphere was stuffy. (Update: They recently renovated and it is a nice place to get some quick lab work done). Be sure to make an appointment if you want to be seen in a timely manner as it can get busy.
Pathetic. Plain and simple. Signs posted in doors demanding "Respect" for front line workers. I understand doing this. But it takes respect both ways. Rude, non-helpfull, and expect people to be able to read minds. Not impressed and rather disappointing
