I sold my restaurant to a new owner and sent a check to the landlord to pay for CAM charges. The landlord later told me they never received the check, so I dropped off another check at their office. A few days later, both checks were cashed. I requested a refund for the duplicate payment, but the landlord told me I would need to get reimbursed by the new owner of the business. I do not understand why the new owner would refund me when the landlord cashed both checks.
They never answer the phone even if they answerthey tell you they're gonna call you back. They never call back, relieve a message. They never call back. We were trying to get the property on Apple Valley more than a month left about 20 messages. They never respond
