This place is so slow they have no consideration for others time. Every time I have an appointment I wait in the waiting room for over an hour at the Valparaiso office.
There's no point in even trying to schedule an appointment with these people. they just put you on hold or hang up on you.
Do not go here if you need more then family counseling. Very unorganized on the billing and office. Rude receptionist, except for one that has been there a while. Billed me twice for office visit then got a bill still on and charged me for testing when told my insurance would cover. Always canceling our appointments and appointments have to be made 6 months ahead. wow
The care I received here was unparalleled compared to other places I tried in the area. They are professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
