Extremely unfriendly
Great company to do business with.
Not a very friendly company or great at communicating. I placed a bid on a property and didn’t hear anything from them for a week. After multiple attempts my realtor finally got a response. We were told that “hard money” isn’t accepted because it puts a lien on the title. Never heard of this before. Why wasn’t I told this when submitting my bid? Why didn’t it take over a week and a half to get a response? They screen bidders for a corporation VB ONE/TWO/THREE ETC.
Wonderful company that will go above and beyond to help you through your house buying process.
