As an owner operator, I have been doing business here for several years. I initially had great service here. Fast turn over on work performed, reasonable service bills for work performed, etc. Over the last 18 months, i have had multiple work performed in this shop and was disappointed by the work. I had my truck repaired at the Peterbilt - O'Fallon, MO on 12-12-2010. It's one of a few dealerships in the country that are open on a weekend. They got me in a day ahead of the schedule, and had me back on the road the same day! I was very impressed by the professional and courteos attitude towards the customer.
