Put a review in months ago and they said they had no record of my name. They have since sold all my stuff after going no contact with me and now I am in the process of suing. It's ridiculous when you have to sue for less than $2000 worth of stuff after not even holding them responsible for MY WHOLE UNIT BEING BROKEN INTO AND THEN USED AS A HALLWAY TO OTHERS!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! My building got broken to then they said that I didn't have to pay. But then never gave me access back to my storage building and stole all my 2-year-old's things. now I have to call the cops and press charges RIDICULOUS. And now they are acting like my building doesn't exist 🤣 now the cops have to get involved for my son's things and everything. Please do not use these people this is the worst thing to go through. Especially when your low income and trying hard in life and people take advantage of that 🤷

Lucky to have a good storage building at a decent price.
With the change of new management the late fees happens weekly late fees don’t tell you about it. If a month late your looking at a $500 dollar bill and the will not work with you as your making payments your late fees will still be stacking. Unless you want to loss your stuff I wouldn’t go here!
