I would give no stars but that is not an option. This is not a company. Not one having any morals or ethics at least. Take any other job offer you get and run. Michigan is an at-will state so this place can and will fully exercise their right to terminate good employees on the spot without just cause, reason or explanation to the employee. Friendly until they decide they don't need you. Be prepared to be fired without explanation or warning. HR is part of the owners family, so they will always care more about their business than their employees. High deductible benefits package, so not so great insurance either.
