I recently had a consult with Dr Joseph Parelman and then followed by cataract surgery. Through the entire experience the staff was very warm, and friendly, every procedure and what I needed to know prior to surgery was explained thoroughly to me. Dr. Parelman and his staff answered all my questions and my cataract surgery went very well and am healing just fine. Would highly recommend this place!!

If you ever find yourself in need of having cactus spines removed from your eye, Dr. Parelman at Mid-America Eye Center is your man! Can't thank him and the staff enough for getting me in and taking care of me these past couple of days.
They took really good care of me and we're very professional.
I had cataract surgery in both eyes and am delighted with the results! The staff were always pleasant and attentive. Dr. Unterman was very professional and went out of his was to explain things thoroughly, answering any questions in understandable terms. I would recommend them to anyone!
