I was disappointed that I had to go online to make an appointment! I would rather make a phone call appointment!
Horrible i was there at 810am checked in by myself no more personal check in!!!! Then I watched person after person get called back i finally asked a person calling someone else's name what was going on....o we take care of appointments 1st and we schedule 3 patients every 10 minutes....we will get to you after our appointments. I waited 1 more name to be called and left! Very rude unprofessional and I would rather sit at a hospital to get labs before I EVER step foot in here again.
Short: For humanity, PLEASE DO NOT go here Tldr: Their attitude is basically the worst type of people you can expect from a service industry. No apologies, no explanation, not a single care given. Long version: even if you have an appointment, they dont care. They dont have a person and all they care is to do their job which is minimal in this service industry.
