It's is always clean, neat and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Had Echocardiogram. Hadn’t met my deductible for the year and sent me a nice $2500+ bill for an outpatient procedure conducted by a rad tech. Never once was I given an estimate of cost prior to the service, so the charge completely cought me off guard. KU should have had financial services discuss prior to my scheduled visit which was scheduled about a month out. They are charging me a HOSPITAL facility fee of $4,075 of which my insurance had a discount of $973.92 and the other portion ($640.40) was covered. How can I be cha... read more
