Spent a year renting from them during my last year of college. Rent was a good price, apartment was clean, any maintenance issues were handled promptly, and communication was perfect. Aside from the semi-loud neighbors, it was a great experience. Amazing people to rent from. I'd bet they are the best landlords in BG.
I lived in a property owned by this company for a few years. They were Always kind, showed me many properties, and listened to my concerns. When I finished college I wanted to move a little further from BGSU. They had many duplexes and houses and that gave me great options for having my own place to start a family. I think they do a great job and would highly recommend them.
