We've rented through them for 2 years. In this time whenever we need anything they have always been very attentive. The house we rented was in great condition. In my experience they really take care of their properties. Highly recommend!
Spent a year renting from them during my last year of college. Rent was a good price, apartment was clean, any maintenance issues were handled promptly, and communication was perfect. Aside from the semi-loud neighbors, it was a great experience. Amazing people to rent from. I'd bet they are the best landlords in BG.
I lived in a property owned by this company for a few years. They were Always kind, showed me many properties, and listened to my concerns. When I finished college I wanted to move a little further from BGSU. They had many duplexes and houses and that gave me great options for having my own place to start a family. I think they do a great job and would highly recommend them.
